The Database Analyst has a team-oriented mindset with a focus on both internal and external clients. This person will be heavily involved in the Deltek Vantagepoint system implementation and will serve as an ongoing leader for CCI systems including Microsoft Office, HR and Training Databases. The Database Analyst's role includes the following responsibilities:

• Master a complete understanding of Vantagepoint and CCI systems from the user perspective.
  • A key member of the CCI System Implementation Team. Responsibilities include data clean up, ensuring the system functions properly, resolving system deficiencies while supporting the training effort.
  • Manage ongoing system enhancements.
  • Understand all aspects of the business cycles associated with Accounting, Business Development, Resource Planning, and Employee Data.
• Advocate of system excellence.
  • Gain employee commitment to accurate data input.
  • Champion process improvement to maximize database efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead efforts for dashboard customization, developing queries, and formulating standardized reporting.
• Acts as a resource for all system related questions.
  • Participate in continuous education through user groups, annual conferences, on-line education, etc.
  • Conduct systems training and development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Deltek and Vantagepoint products is a plus.
• Knowledge of sequel language reporting; as well as the ability to write scripts is a plus.
